We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer the following return options:
Returns for Unopened, Unused Items
You may return unopened, unused merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase, along with your original receipt, for a refund or store credit. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
Non-packaged tools and components must be in new, unused condition, free from damage or modification (e.g., no scratches, dents, cuts, or misuse).
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and any "free shipping" charges may be deducted if the order is returned. Squares Hardware is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during transit.
A 10% processing fee will be applied to refunds. The fee does not apply if you choose store credit.
Returns for Open, Used Items
For open or used items, returns are subject to the manufacturer's guidelines. Within 30 days and with an original receipt, we may repair, replace, or issue store credit based on the manufacturer's decision. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Final Sale, Special Orders & Non-Returnable Items
No returns or exchanges are allowed on the following:

Special order items
Gas equipment
Batteries
Machinery
Cutting tools, including bits
Abrasives
Parts
Lasers
Precision tools
Paint sprayers
Gift cards
Personal protective equipment (PPE), safety and heated gear
Opened items in non-saleable condition
Items damaged due to misuse/user error

Return Process
To ensure prompt and accurate processing, please follow these steps:
Contact us at returns@squareshardware.ca to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Include a copy of the RA number with the returned items. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Once the product has been inspected and approved, a refund will be initiated. Please allow for 48 hours after the item has been received the refund to be started. If there is an issues with the item, you will be contacted as soon as possible.
Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment.
Freight collect or COD returns will not be accepted.
