Warranties

Warranties on products sold by Squares Hardware are provided by the manufacturer and range from 30 days to limited lifetime. Warranty details can be found in the product listings or on the manufacturer's website.

To claim a warranty, all tools you believe may be defective must be returned with a copy of your original invoice or proof of purchase (as per our return policy). The customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred when returning a product for a potential warranty claim. Squares Hardware is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during transit. Warranties do not cover misuse, abuse, or modification of products, nor do they cover normal wear and tear. Please refer to the return policy and the manufacturer's warranty for full details.

In accordance with the manufacturer's warranty, we will either repair or replace (at our discretion) any defective tool. We reserve the right to inspect the product before offering a replacement or repair.

Backorders

While we strive to avoid backorders, they can sometimes occur. If an item is backordered, our Customer Service Department will contact you with an estimated delivery date. You may cancel any backordered item at any time before it ships. If you prefer, we can hold your entire order until all items are in stock for shipment together.

Pricing, Errors, and Misprints

Squares Hardware makes every effort to ensure that pricing, product descriptions, and images are accurate. However, if an error occurs, we reserve the right to correct any mistakes due to typographical errors, wrong images, or other issues. This applies to both regular and special pricing.

Tax Information

Squares Hardware is required to charge the appropriate Federal and Provincial taxes as dictated by each Province and Territory.
